About Dan McGuinness

The original Dan McGuinness Pub was designed by Sonas Design, manufactured in Ireland, shipped to New Orleans then it was put on a train and railed up to Memphis, Tennessee. Their five Irish Gents were brought over to assemble it. From the floors to the ceiling to the table and the chairs the Dan McGuinness Pub is the only authentic Irish Pub in Memphis Tennessee.

The Moore location has been designed and constructed along these same traditions.  A couple of old Irish carpenters built or installed many of the unique features of the new Pub with design influences from an old gothic/gaelic Irish castle .  Stop by and see the Kellogg room, the massive back bar, or the stunning cathedral ceiling in the dining area.

We have a fantastic menu that is served from open (10:30am) until 1:30am, yes 1:30 in the morning.  We also offer daily lunch specials from 10:30am to 2:00pm Monday through Friday.  We serve several nightly dinner specials and we open early on Saturday and Sunday morning for a very filling brunch.  Our menu features many authentic Irish dishes such as Irish Stew, Shepherd's Pie and Beef and Guinness.

We are proud to offer live Celtic Music the first Sunday of every month.  Some of Oklahoma City and Memphis'  best bands Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. We even plan to provide original artists a local venue sometime soon.  Join us any night for a fantastic time.

Sports are deffinately an emphasis at Dan McGuinness Pub.  We offer 32 televisions of every size.  Each individual booth has its own television so you can select your own programming.  We subscribe to NFL Sunday ticket and many other sports packages.  On Saturday and Sunday Mornings we hope to show the English Premier League Soccer Matches which are offered by Setanta Sports, along with a few selected World Cup Qualifier games.
